Welcome to Twitter Barn, a contemporary self catering holiday let nestled in the heart of Lincolnshire nr Boston. Our beautifully designed property features two double bedrooms with en suite facilities, and a tranquil garden and patio area for you to relax and enjoy.

A Full refund if your plans change within the first 12 hours or any time up until 2 weeks before arrival - No refund if you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival.

Twitter Barn has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. The property is light and airy with a modern contemporary feel. There is plenty of private parking, patio with table & chairs, BBQ, (wood available to purchase @£5)

En-suite with walk-in shower to each bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen, inc. dishwasher, American fridge freezer with ice machine, microwave, induction hob, oven, grill, warming draw, washing machine.
Good To Know:
We provide various items free of charge to help you settle in and enhance your stay, included is a small breakfast hamper with tea, coffee, sugar, milk cereal, marmalade or jam etc. Also included.

Book direct: businesses can recover 20% VAT (VAT is included in the price)
£150 for 4x people per night (inc VAT) Minimum 4x night stay. Check in 3pm check out 10.30am Unfortunately because we are a working farm yard we are unable to allow pets or children under 12yrs.

My husband & I live and work on the farm. We enjoy food, travelling, meeting new people and introducing them to the Lincolnshire area. When staying at Twitter Barn you will have total privacy, but we are not far away if you need any help.
